WHO are YOU?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Professional  with strong expertise in modern web and mobile development  to join our team.

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our enterprise platform, focusing on both front-end web interfaces and cross-platform mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the full development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.

Open ROLES

-- Interns / Trainees:  Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience , including hands-on project or internship work in software or web development.

Stipend: 10-15 K per month + performance bonus

-- Experienced Professionals:  Individuals with 3–6 years of proven expertise  in building and managing enterprise-level applications  across diverse technologies.

Salary: 20-35 K per month + performance bonus

NOTE: Both roles will likely start with 4 Months Project with strong possibility of extension to Full time position.

WHAT You’ll DO?

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance enterprise-level applications  for both web and mobile platforms.
  
  
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
  
  
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices in state management, component architecture, and security.
  
  
• Integrate front-end applications with back-end services using RESTful APIs  and other appropriate technologies.
  
  
• Ensure application responsiveness, performance, and accessibility across various devices and browsers.
  
  
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  
  

WHAT You’ll BRING?

Core Development

• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript:  Deep knowledge of modern language features, object-oriented programming, and functional programming concepts.
  
  
• Front-End Frameworks (Web):  Strong production experience with REACT  (Hooks, Context API, Zod or similar).
  
  
• Styling and UI/UX:  Proficiency in CSS  pre-processors or methodologies (e.g., SASS, Styled Components, or Tailwind CSS) and direct experience with modern component libraries like ShadCN / UI  or similar enterprise-grade systems (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design).
  
  
• Mobile Development:  Proven experience with at least one major cross-platform framework: Flutter  (Dart) or REACT Native .
  
  
• API Integration:  Extensive experience consuming and integrating REST API Calls .
  
  Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, and security best practices (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
  
  

Architecture & Tools

• Next.js (Desired not must):  Experience with the Next.js  framework, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes, for building scalable web applications.
  
  
• Version Control:  Strong proficiency with Git  and common branching strategies.
  
  
• Build Tools:  Experience with modern build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite).
  
  

Good to Have / Bonus Skills

• Testing:  Experience with unit testing (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library) and end-to-end testing (Cypress, Playwright).
  
  
• Back-End Knowledge:  Familiarity with a back-end language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Go, or Java/Spring) and database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  
  
• Cloud & DevOps:  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker ).
  
  
• Performance Optimization:  Proven ability to diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks on both web and mobile platforms.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
  
• 1-6 years  of professional experience in modern software development, specifically focused on enterprise applications.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative startup environment.
